You can purchase game cards online or purchase them in the store itself.

How do I submit a donation request?
You can submit your donation request through our contact form and it will be submitted for review. As you can imagine, we get lots of requests so while we may not be able to help everyone, we will try our best!
Do I need to make a reservation or book a party?
If you would like to do a kids birthday package or discuss large group party options (dining would be at Ropewalk Chincoteague) then you would need to book a private party. Please click here to book your party.
Parties & Birthdays
Do you offer a kids birthday package?
Yes, we do! There is a minimum of 8 children to book a birthday party package. For $35 per child, each child will receive a kids meal, drink in a souvenir bowling pin cup, ice cream sundae and a $25 game card. Tax and gratuity are not included. Do you have adult party packages?
We do not have a basic adult party package, but if you are looking to put something together for a large group please contact us to discuss options.
How many guests are required to book a party?
For a kids birthday package, there is a minimum of 8 children in order to purchase the package. For large group functions please contact us to discuss options.
Games
Do you have games for all ages?
Of course! We have games/cranes that appeal to all age groups to keep everyone occupied and happy.
How many credits does each game take? How many credits should I purchase?
Each game takes 4-7 credits, with the exception of bowling and virtual reality. Bowling takes 24 credits per person/per game and virtual reality is 34 credit per person/per game.
It depends on what you are in the mood to play! You can purchase any dollar amount or we offer various packages that give you bonus points!
How much are credits?
Credits vary in price as the more you buy, the more free bonus credits you get! However, a basic credit is 25 cents.
You have bowling?
Yes we do! We offer six lanes of miniature bowling at our Uptown location and 12 lanes at our Midtown location. All the same rules, just miniature balls and lanes, and the best part, no shoe rental! You can even add bumpers for the kids or yourself if you’re having an off-game.
How many credits is bowling? Do I need to reserve a lane?
Bowling is 24 credits per person/per game. We do not reserve lanes, it is on a first-come, first-served basis. With a credit costing about 25 cents, it comes out to about $6 per person/per game.
How many people can bowl per lane?
Up to 12 people can bowl per game/lane.
Do we need bowling shoes?
Bowling shoes are not needed!
Can gift cards/game cards be used at both locations?
YES! Gift cards are used on food/bar only and game cards are for the arcade only.
Do my points ever expire?
No! Come back and visit us again!
Can I check the balance of my game card credits/points?
Yes! If you visit one of our game card kiosks you can swipe your card to see your balance OR scan the QR code on the back of your card.
Can points be combined from different cards?
Yes, please visit our redemption cashier to have your points combined to one card. We are not able to combine credits from multiple cards.
